Today I’m with Dr. Anthony Balduzzi, who is a men’s health expert, the owner of the Fit Father Project and holds dual degrees in Nutrition & Neuroscience from the University Of Pennsylvania and a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine.
He’s also a speaker, entrepreneur, and former bodybuilding champion and I’ve known him for a few years now and he’s a genuinely good guy and definitely knows his shit when it comes to the world of fitness.
Dr. A shares his powerful story of how the premature death of his father ultimately let to his mission to help dads live healthier and his passion is clear. This is a man on a mission to help as many fathers as he possibly can.
We talk about the most important habits we, as dads, need to get and stay fit as well as why the basics are far more important than all the fads, supplements, and hacks that are out there.
