We’ve all seen it a million times. “Lose 10 pounds in 10 days” or “get 6 pack abs in 7 days” and unfortunately there are millions of people who don’t know any better than to buy products claiming these ridiculous results.
Now over the years, I’ve seen some rapid transformations but nothing like what many fitness marketers will tell you is possible. I believe that your focus should be on losing body fat, not body weight.
There is a huge distinction between the two and many people are caught up in just losing scale weight. I think this is a big mistake because when you just want to drop weight, often times it comes in the form of sacrificed muscle tissue and water weight.
