Jordan Syatt is a fitness entrepreneur, Gary Vaynerchuk's personal fitness coach, self-proclaimed Harry Potter dork, and probably one of the most genuinely nice people I've met in a long time.

Jordan has an immensely successful online fitness business and gets to travel the world with Gary V, but it's not as glamorous as it might sound. He busts his ass seven days a week and it's not uncommon for him to put in 16 hour days.

He shares how and why his work ethic changed so much and how he deals with the things he hates doing the most. In the world of online fitness fakes and scammers, Jordan stands way out and it the real deal.

Just by speaking with him for a few minutes, it's very apparent he is in business to help people, not to just make a buck. His passion for what he does is clear and if you aren't following him on social media, especially Instagram, you're missing out.

This was an amazing conversation with one of the truly good guys in this industry and I'm sure you'll get a lot out of this interview.

Towards the end of our conversation, he said something that really stuck with me and that was "no one has ever, ever, ever started working out and regretted it, but everyone who hasn't started working out, regrets it down the road."

Exactly right.
