It’s just the opposite. Most of us are constantly looking for ways to have more energy so we can get through our days and still have something left for our families.

We deal with a lot of shit every day and it seems that most of it is sucking energy rather than giving us energy. Things like:

I get it. Life takes its toll on us and grinds us down. There never seems to be enough time to get it all done and if there was, we wouldn’t have the energy to do it anyway. It’s all we can do sometimes just to make it through another day before we have to get up and do it all over again.

So instead of continuing on this path, why not adopt some new habits that will help you break through this low energy cycle and allow you to feel more vibrant and alive?!? After all, isn’t life supposed to be about living to its fullest?
