How To Move Better With Dr. Marc Cesari

//How To Move Better With Dr. Marc Cesari

In today's episode I talk with Dr. Marc Cesari, who is a doctor of chiropractic, a certified strength and conditioning specialist, a provider of Active Release Techniques, and holds certifications in Graston, Dry Needling, and Fascial Stretch Therapy. He also is the official chiropractor for Towson University Athletics as well as a chiropractor for the PGA tour.

In short, he helps people move better and as busy dads (of advancing years) we need all the help we can get. The fact is that most guys just don't take the time needed for specific mobility and flexibility work and it's something that can make all the difference in the world.

Dr. Cesari shares some of the techniques he uses with his patients and athletes, much of which can be used by anyone.

Also, I'd greatly appreciate it if you subscribed to the show and we have many more amazing guests coming on soon.

I like this podcast. I know that I don’t know enough about stretching and I need to work on that a lot. The biomechanics of how the body moves is important. Chiropractors have a lot of very good information to share with us on injury prevention, injury treatment, and just dealing with opening up the body and preparing it for exercise. I’d like to see a challenge come out of this wear for a set amount of time, probably a month or so, we have a dedicated stretching and flexing challenge.
