In today's episode I talk with Dr. Marc Cesari, who is a doctor of chiropractic, a certified strength and conditioning specialist, a provider of Active Release Techniques, and holds certifications in Graston, Dry Needling, and Fascial Stretch Therapy. He also is the official chiropractor for Towson University Athletics as well as a chiropractor for the PGA tour.
In short, he helps people move better and as busy dads (of advancing years) we need all the help we can get. The fact is that most guys just don't take the time needed for specific mobility and flexibility work and it's something that can make all the difference in the world.
Dr. Cesari shares some of the techniques he uses with his patients and athletes, much of which can be used by anyone.
