As the New Year approaches, millions of you are rushing to join gyms, buy the latest workout DVD’s, and start a new diet program. I have no problem with you being motivated to start the year off being healthy, setting goals, and working on yourself, but what I do have a problem with is the people who prey on your good intentions and then sell you shit that you don’t need.
I’m not going to go off on a rant about the shadiness of the online fitness marketplace, but please be very wary of what you buy, who you buy it from, and most importantly why you think you need it.
No Diets!
At the top of my shit list is what is at the top of most people’s to-do lists; the diet.
I don’t believe in dieting for a few reasons and have pretty strong feelings as to why I think most are terrible for you. In today’s video, I share my thoughts on this topic.
