 8 oz grass-fed ground beef
 3 oz feta cheese crumbles
 ½ avocado
 2 slices bacon
 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
 2 oz sliced mushrooms
 ½ tsp dried oregano
 ½ tsp red pepper flakes
 salt and pepper to taste

Combine worcestershire sauce, oregano, red pepper, garlic powder, salt and pepper into meat and mix well with hands.

Make a large flat patty and add the feta cheese into the center. Roll the burger into a ball keeping the feta inside and slowly flatten out into a burger.

Over medium heat, brown both sides of the burger before reducing heat to low and covering the pan.

In a separate pan, saute mushrooms in olive oil until browned, season with salt and pepper and set aside. Also cook/microwave the bacon.

Once burger is cooked to desired temp (I like medium but with the feta stuffed inside, it's better to go med well), remove from pan, top with mushrooms, bacon, and avocado.
