 4 cans tuna (rinsed and drained)
 1 small red onion (diced)
 1 small red chili (diced)
 1 garlic clove (crushed)
 1 egg
 2 tbsp tomato paste
 1 tbsp coconut flour
 lettuce/avocado (optional)

Preheat oven to (350’F.

Line a baking tray with baking/parchment paper and set aside.

Place all of your burger ingredients into a medium size bowl and stir until well combined.

Using your hands, carefully roll and flatten your tuna mixture into 6, even sized burger patties and place onto your prepared baking tray.

Place in the oven and cook for 5-10 minutes, until set and cooked through.

To serve, place in a lettuce leaf and top with some freshly sliced avocado (optional).
