I’ll be the first one to admit that there are few topics when it comes to fitness more boring than the importance of drinking water. It’s right up there with the thrilling topic of lowering your cholesterol, but as painful as it is to write about it, it’s still something that must be beaten into your head time and time again!
Just Drink More Damn Water Already…
We’ve all heard it a thousand times; drink more water because of <insert any number of reasons> and while it’s totally true, we rarely actually do it. Water isn’t sexy. It isn’t cool. It isn’t something to get excited about.
But it works.
Talking about pre-workout supplements and the hardcore effects they have on our energy and mindset, now that’s sexy. But water, eh.
The last thing I want to do is drone on about the health benefits of water and I actually shot a video about this months ago and couldn’t muster the interest to actually post it. It was just plain uninteresting..
I thought about it and realized that you don’t give a flying shit about water and decided to shoot a second video, that spoke to why you really need to drink more.
Let’s face it, you are reading this for one reason and that’s because you are struggling to lose fat. In order for your body to be its most effective, drinking a shitload of water is one of the best things you can do to help that process along.
Today’s video shares a few reasons that it’s critical you drink upwards of 64 ounces of water each day, especially if fat loss is your main priority.
